Big Red turns 1

Okay, he really turned one a month ago, but I finally made a trip down to my sisters to have her snap some cute pictures of him. I love all these pictures, they totally capture his smiley personality.

Big Red (no longer baby chub chub, due to Erics request) has been such an asset to our family. I can't imagine our life without him. His older brothers just look forward to seeing him every morning.

Brody is starting to walk. He started taking a couple of steps about a month ago. He walks pretty well now, but he still crawls when he wants to get somewhere in a hurry.

He says a couple words. Da Da , of course. Duck, (weird I know), but we throw a duck for Diogo and Brody loves to watch and always chanting (Guck, Guck, Guck) He tries to say all done and where did it go?

We love you Brody and are so happy you are a part of our family!!!

I guess Eric has a point. Big Red is better than baby chub chub! :-) Cute little guy!

Okay, these pictures made me smile and get a little teary-eyed at the same time. The smile in #2 picture I have seen so many times and I just want to sqeeze him. But at the same time....where did the little baby boy go? In fact the last pictures makes me sad wondering where did all 3 of those little baby boys go? Now I just want to go hold baby Matthew and baby Allie for a long, long time. Goodness, I am feeling old now? But, great photos, Becca!!

It just doesn't seem fair that he can be that old and I've never even meet him! I guess we will just have to make another trip up to see you!

Well, the girls were looking at this with me and they both got so excited yelling "Chubby!" Guess we'll have to keep working on the new nickname!
