I guess we only know one recipe in this family....


We are having another adorable baby BOY!!

Today was our ultrasound to find out what our little baby was going to be. Although we didn't get a clear shot, we were informed to find out that we are having another adorable baby boy.

I will have to admit I was in shock. Not that I can't picture myself with 3 little boys. But I guess it was hard for me to picture myself without a little girl. I was a little worried to tell Tommy, since he has been praying for a little girl from the beginning.

Here's how our conversation went:

Tommy: (as soon as I walked in the door) - So what is our baby?

Mommy: You guess what it is??

Tommy: With a huge smile on his face- A Sister.

Mommy: Nope, another brother.

Tommy: But I wanted a Sister.

Mommy: I know, but we are going to have another cute little baby brother.

Tommy: (after riding in the car in silence for a while, yeah your right mom, boys are smarter. :)

Here is a picture of our cute little boy. It reminds me of Tommy's ultrasound picture. He has the same forehead shape as Tommy and Eric. I can't wait to see what he looks like. If he looks more like Tommy or Blake. Brown hair or blonde. Or if he is just another unique good looking boy.

    Congratulations on a boy. That is fun. Just think you won't have to deal with a teenage girl!!! I would rather handle teenage boys than girls. I laughed when I read your conversation "Boys are smarter" very cute and funny.

    Congratulations! At least you won't have to learn all over again for different parts. ;)

    You are not alone in the surprise. I thought for sure it was a girl. But, then again, I thought our last one was going to be a boy. Even after they told us she'd be a girl, I didn't believe them. She's about as rough and tumble as they come, though.

    Yippeeee!!!! Another boy! I wanted you to have a girl, but you're so good with boys! If you ever need a little girl you can borrow Taylor especially during the teenage years. I'm pretty sure I could use the break then :).

    Ya!!!! I love boys!!! I heard that when you have two children of the same sex, you have an 80% chance of having that same sex again with the third child. Don't know why though!
