Planting a Garden is a lot of hardwork!!! (But it can be fun too)

Monday for Family Home Evening we planted our family garden. The kids had a lot of fun. Of course, they are boys and love any excuse to play in the dirt and not get in trouble. We planted all sorts of yummy stuff: peas, tomatoes, squash, lettuce, spinich, walla walla onions, green onions, peppers, radishes and Tommy's favorite, Giant Pumpkins. Hopefully we will have some cool pumpkins this halloween.

Just Being Brothers

Here is a cute video of Blake and Tommy on the 4 wheeler. Blake always wants to do what Tommy is doing. So they talked me into taking the risk of having Tommy drive Blake around on the 4 wheeler. My video didn't really capture how much fun they were having, it pretty much taught me not to tell a 5 year old to come and get me while he is on a 4 wheeler and I have an expensive camera in my hands. No joke he really rammed right into me. I don't know what I did wrong, but you can see the video if you click on the X. I am still not computer savy, but I am trying.

Taking a Nice Family Sunday Walk to the Park

Yesterday we took the kids and the dog for a walk to the park. IT was a lot of fun. Blake can say a new word now. His new word is still not mom or dad, it is Diogo. It sounds more like DO-GO, but he knows what he is saying. Blake loves to throw the ball to the dog and have him chase it and bring it back to him. Tommy has decided that he is old enough to start holding Diogo's leash when we are on walks. HE did a really good job. Here are some cute pics.

Check out my Slide Show!

Here are some pictures of the kids at Easter. Tommy had a lot of fun this year. He took Easter Egg hunting very seriously. On Saturday we went to Grandma and Grandpa's and had an easter egg hunt and a picnic with all the cousins. On Sunday we had an Easter Egg hunt with our neighbors. Blake had more fun chasing the cat then looking for the eggs. On Sunday Tommy also got to give a talk at church. He did such a good job, until the talk was done and he jumped down from the podium and yelled HOYA!!

Finally I get to eat a Waffle

Blake has been begging for Tommy's waffles everymorning, but we have not been able to give him some because of his allergies. This morning I made his some blueberry waffles with special ingredients!! As you can tell by the picture he loved them so much that he licked the plate clean. What a mess, his hair was covered in syrup.
